Backend Developer

Experience: 1 to 4 years in backend development only (no freshers, no fullstack, no 4-year-plus profiles).

Mandatory (all must pass)

Class 10: 80% and above

Class 12: 80% and above

Graduation: 7.5 CGPA and above (or 75% and above)

Qualification: B.Tech (CS/IT/ECE or allied) or PG MCA

Academic cut-offs are firm. 79% or 7.4 CGPA is not eligible.

Must-have skills:

Python (Django / FastAPI / Flask) and Node.js (Express / NestJS). Both languages required, not one. Please do not send single-language profiles.

Database: MySQL or PostgreSQL

MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Redis or Aerospike

Queue: RabbitMQ or Kafka

REST API design, Git, testing (pytest/Jest/Mocha)

Docker and basic microservices

Security basics (OWASP, JWT/OAuth)

Valuable to have: AWS/GCP, serverless, CI/CD (GitHub Actions/Jenkins/GitLab), Kubernetes, nginx, Linux/shell, monitoring/logging/tracing, WebSockets, GraphQL, and travel-tech/fintech/high-volume domain experience.
