Key Responsibilities l Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Golang.

l Build and work with microservices and distributed systems on AWS.

l Develop robust REST APIs and integrate internal and external services.

l Improve application performance, reliability, scalability, and security.





l Work with Product, Mobile, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver features end-to-end.

l Participate in HLD/LLD, architecture discussions, and code reviews.

l Debug production issues and contribute to root-cause resolution.

l Take ownership of assigned features from development through deployment.

l Contribute to engineering best practices in a quick-paced startup environment.

Required Skills l 2.5–5 years of backend development experience.

l Strong hands-on experience with Golang.

l Good understanding of DSA, concurrency, microservices, and backend fundamentals.

l Experience with AWS, REST APIs, databases, caching, and messaging systems.

l Understanding of HLD/LLD and system design fundamentals.

l Experience with Kafka, Elasticsearch, Docker/Kubernetes is a plus.

l Strong problem-solving, communication, and ownership skills.
