Job Summary

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Back Office Operations Executive to support day-to-day logistics operations, documentation, coordination, and administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily back-office and logistics operational activities.

- Coordinate with customers, transporters, vendors, and internal teams.

- Prepare and maintain shipment, delivery, invoice, and transport-related documents.

- Track shipments and provide timely status updates.

- Maintain accurate records and update logistics/ERP systems.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

- Handle email communication and follow up on pending operational activities.

- Coordinate with accounts for invoices, billing documents, and payment-related information.

- Verify shipment and delivery documentation for accuracy.

- Follow up on PODs, delivery confirmations, and pending documents.





- Identify and escalate operational issues to the concerned team.

- Provide administrative and operational support to the management team.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; Logistics/Supply Chain/Business-related qualification is an advantage.

- 2–5 years of experience in logistics, back-office operations, supply chain, freight forwarding, or a related field.

- Good knowledge of ERP, MS Excel, MS Office, and email communication.

- Solid coordination and organizational skills.

- Good English communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

- Prior experience in logistics documentation and shipment coordination will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
