HIRD is seeking a detail-oriented Back End Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing and organizing inventory, replenishing merchandise on the sales floor, and assisting with back-end operations.
The Back End
Associate will work closely with the store management team to ensure efficient and accurate inventory management, as well as provide excellent customer service. Additionally, the candidate must have strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills. Job Title: Associate
Shift: US Shift (Night Shift something around 5:30pm to 3:00 am)
A Two-way cab will be provided (only drop within 30 Km).
Contractual Job : 6 months
Responsible for assisting with back-end operations such as order processing and inventory management
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless workflow and efficient customer service
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a skilled and timely manner
- Utilize strong communication skills to interact with customers via phone, email, and chat support
- Proficient in the English language to accurately communicate with customers and team members
- Collaborate with front-end associates to ensure a cohesive customer experience
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and resolution
- Assist with other duties as needed to support the overall success of the team and business operations.
