Responsibilities

- Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics

- Prometheus Grafana

- ITSM tools (ServiceNow/Remedy or equivalent)

- SQL KQL (Kusto Query Language)

- Incident, Problem, and Change Management

- Monitoring, Alerting, and Observability best practices

- Design and implement end-to-end monitoring and observability solutions on Azure.

- Create dashboards, alerts, and reports using Azure Monitor, Grafana, and Log Analytics.

- Monitor application health, infrastructure performance, and service availability.

- Analyze logs, metrics, and traces to troubleshoot production issues.

- Integrate monitoring platforms with ITSM tools for automated incident management.





- Develop and optimize SQL and KQL queries for operational insights and reporting.

- Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and DevOps teams to improve system reliability.

Additional Responsibilities

- Experience: 5-7 Years | Location: PAN India.
