About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Business Analyst. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or a similar role is preferred. Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau, is essential.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively liaise with stakeholders at various levels. Candidates should demonstrate a solid understanding of business processes, project management methodologies, and change management principles. Prior experience working in a client-facing environment or within a consulting firm will be advantageous.

A proactive mindset, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines are critical for success in this role.

Responsibilities

Analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Gather and document detailed business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and data analysis. Collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into functional specifications and technical solutions.

Support the design, development, and testing of new systems or process enhancements. Facilitate communication between business units and IT teams to ensure alignment and clarity on project objectives. Monitor project progress, provide status updates, and assist in managing project timelines and deliverables.





Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of solutions and recommend further improvements. Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, requirements, and project artifacts. Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for business analysis within the organization.
