Position Purpose: Under the Production operations Manager/Lead, the Axiom Support Engineer will be working, Troubleshooting Reporting jobs and follow escalation procedures to resolve the issue and Provide on call support for Axiom jobs (on rotation 24x7) Collaborate and work with development team on L3 issues and follow the task to completion. Flexible working in shifts, with at least 1 week of night shift in a month.

Responsibilities
- Working under the Production operations Manager/Lead.
- Troubleshooting Reporting jobs.
- Following escalation procedures to resolve issues.
- Providing on call support for Axiom jobs (on rotation 24x7).
- Collaborating and working with development team on L3 issues and following the task to completion.
- Flexible working in shifts, with at least 1 week of night shift in a month.
Qualifications
- 5 + years of experience on Axiom support on v10/v11 workplace.
- 5 + Years of experience in SQL and PLSQL.
- 5 + Years of experience in Unix scripting.
- Experience in Monitoring tools (Dynatrace, etc) and Service Now.
Required Skills
- Technical & Behavioral Competencies
- Expert level knowledge on Axiom, Oracle, SQL, Scheduler, UNIX/Linux scripting.
- Good team player and ability to work on own initiatives with minimal direction.
- Good analytical, problem solving and documentation skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs (flexible) and learning new skills quickly.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
