M.G. Road, Gurugram, Haryana – full time onsite

Role The role focuses on a specific client/industry base for Sales and Business Development and involves a combination of planning, coordination, and direct client facing interactions.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify current business opportunities, new markets, and enhance competitiveness.

· Lead BD initiatives for Alea services, target new and existing clients

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and their stakeholders.

· Negotiate contracts, resolve client issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

· Develop and refine proposals and communications before, during, and after engagement.

· Encourage a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the BD team.





· Stay informed about emerging developments.

Qualification

· Demonstrated ability to network effectively and establish strong interpersonal connections.

· Proficient in presentations, capable of conveying complex information to diverse audiences

· Maintain highest levels of integrity and confidentiality in all business interactions.

· Exceptional skills in written English communication.

· Knowledge of due diligence, corporate fraud, reputation risk mitigation, and compliance.

· Insights in finance, regulatory, and business operations.

· Education includes MBA or Post-Graduate in Business Development, Sales & Marketing.

· Professional experience ranging from 8-12 years.
