Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Automation Test Engineer with 35 years of experience in Quality Engineering and Test Automation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, reliable, secure, and scalable software through robust test automation, risk-based testing, and continuous quality improvement practices.

The candidate should possess a strong quality mindset, excellent analytical and problemsolving skills, hands-on experience with modern automation frameworks, and the ability to leverage AI-assisted tools to improve testing efficiency. Experience in US Healthcare and

Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the quality assurance process throughout the Software Development Life Cycle

(SDLC), ensuring quality is embedded from requirements through production.
- Analyze business and functional requirements to identify critical user journeys,

business workflows, and high-risk areas requiring automation.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive test strategies, test plans, test scenarios,

test cases, regression suites, and quality metrics aligned with product objectives.
- Design, develop, execute, and maintain scalable, reusable, and maintainable

automation frameworks for UI, API, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Establish and continuously improve automation coverage to support rapid and

reliable product releases.
- Configure and maintain stable, production-like test environments to enable accurate

and repeatable validation.
- Execute functional, regression, integration, API, performance, load, stress,

scalability, and basic security testing as part of the overall quality strategy. Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub or similar DevOps platforms to enable continuous testing.
- Identify, analyze, prioritize, and track software defects; perform root cause analysis





and collaborate with engineering teams to drive timely resolution and defect prevention.
- Monitor quality metrics, automation effectiveness, defect trends, and release

readiness, providing clear quality reports and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Proactively identify quality risks, testing gaps, release blockers, and dependencies,

recommending mitigation strategies to minimize delivery risks.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, DevOps, Customer

Success, and other stakeholders to ensure software meets functional, nonfunctional, and customer quality expectations.
- Evaluate production issues, customer-reported defects, and recurring quality

concerns to drive continuous product and process improvements.
- Leverage AI-assisted engineering and testing tools to improve test design,

automation development, debugging, documentation, and overall testing productivity.
- Promote a culture of continuous quality improvement by identifying opportunities to

enhance testing processes, automation frameworks, and engineering practices.

Required Technical Skills

- Solid experience with automation frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright,

Cypress, or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience with API testing using Postman, REST Assured, or similar

tools.
- Programming experience in Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or C#.
- Experience testing REST APIs, microservices, and distributed applications.
- Good knowledge of SQL and databases such as PostgreSQL.
- Hands-on experience with Git, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions

or similar tools.

- using tools such as JMeter, k6, Gatling, or OWASP ZAP.
- • Working knowledge of AI-assisted development and testing tools such as ChatGPT,
- GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, or similar.

- Preferred Qualifications
- • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or
- related field.
- • 35 years of experience in Automation Testing and Quality Engineering.
- • Experience working in Agile/Scrum product development environments.
- • Experience in Healthcare product development is preferred.
- • Knowledge of US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) workflows.
- • Familiarity with HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, and X12 EDI standards is an added advantage.
