- Candidate should have knowledge of full system life cycles.
- Knowledge of quality assurance practices and tools are required.
- Automated or manual testing experience in the web and client server environments.
- Has experience in writing test cases, test plans, structured test methodology, use cases. Development experience in test scripts, execution and reporting also required.
- Need experience in API, Postman testing and API Test automation,UI testing using selenium, cucumber framework, BDD framework, Mobile testing using Appium.
Good-to-Have
Optional Hands on on A11Y (accessibility testing)
and Appium knowledge is a PLUS
Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
- Test application code components. Follow Agile practices & US Bank coding/testing policies
- Participate in Solution Design
- Perform unit testing using JUnit, build functional test scripts & automate using Selenium
- Debugging/defect resolution
- (Optional) Set-up CI/CD workplace & implement/use DevOps tools for automated build, test & release
- Provide insights and recommendations from past experience
- Feedback incorporation as per Agile principle via Show and Tell
- Development will meet 90% JUnit test coverage at the API level
