The Opportunity

We are looking for a hands-on Automation Lead to build and drive our next generation of QA Automation and AI-driven testing.

You will own automation strategy, build scalable frameworks, and explore how GenAI and AI Agents can transform software quality and testing.

What You'll Do

- Own QA Automation strategy and framework architecture across UI, API, Backend & E2E.
- Build scalable, reusable automation frameworks using Playwright / Selenium / Cypress.
- Drive API, backend and database automation with strong SQL knowledge.
- Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines and establish automated quality gates.
- Build AI-powered test automation using GenAI, LLMs and AI Agents for:
- Test case & test data generation

- Automation code generation

- Intelligent test execution
- Failure analysis & defect identification

- Regression optimization




- Reduce dependency on manual testing through an automation-first quality engineering approach.
- Mentor engineers and establish strong automation/coding practices.

What We're Looking For

- 6+ years in QA Automation / SDET
- Solid hands-on programming in Java / Python / JavaScript / TypeScript.
- Expertise in Playwright / Selenium / Cypress.
- Strong API automation, SQL & backend testing experience.
- Experience building automation frameworks from scratch.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD, Git and automation architecture.
- Exposure to GenAI, AI Automation, LLMs or Agentic AI is highly desirable.
- Strong engineering mindset with the ability to design, build and lead, not just execute.
