Job Title: Senior Automation Engineer

Experience: 3+ Years

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Instrumentation Engineering.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Automation Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in PLC programming, motion control, machine vision, and industrial automation. The candidate will be responsible for developing programs from scratch, machine installation, testing, commissioning, and on-site troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, program, and troubleshoot PLC systems (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, etc.).
- Configure servo drives, multi-axis motion control, synchronization, and camming.
- Integrate machine vision systems (Cognex, Keyence, NI Vision, Basler).
- Develop HMI/SCADA applications, including alarms and recipe management.
- Handle machine installation, FAT/SAT, commissioning, and customer training.
- Troubleshoot automation systems and prepare technical documentation.
- Travel independently or with team members to customer sites as required.

Required Skills:





- Strong hands-on experience in PLC programming and industrial automation.
- Expertise in servo drives, motion control, and machine vision.
- Knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as Profinet, EtherNet/IP, EtherCAT, and Modbus.
- Robust troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.

Preferred Experience: Experience in Water Treatment Plant/ Oil and Gas/FMCG / pharmaceutical machinery automation will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
