Sikich is seeking a talented AI and Automation Engineer with 0-3 years of experience to design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions leveraging modern Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI frameworks, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and cloud native technologies. This role extends beyond a single technology stack and requires experience across leading AI platforms including Microsoft Azure AI, OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Anthropic Claude and other enterprise AI ecosystems.

The ideal candidate will have strong software engineering skills combined with expertise in AI/ML engineering, prompt and context engineering, agent orchestration, vector databases, and API integrations. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and product teams to develop secure, scalable, and production-ready AI applications that solve real-world business problems.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy enterprise AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI frameworks, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify AI use cases and translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
- Develop intelligent AI agents, copilots, chatbots, and workflow automation solutions using modern AI frameworks.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications through REST APIs, GraphQL APIs, webhooks, SDKs, and middleware.
- Design and implement RAG pipelines using vector databases, embedding models, semantic search, and enterprise knowledge repositories.




- Have some knowledge of developing front-end applications using React, Angular, or similar frameworks to provide intuitive AI-powered user experiences.
- Have some knowledge of developing backend services using Python or Node.js to support AI applications and integrations.
- Work with cloud AI platforms including Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, OpenAI APIs, Anthropic Claude, or equivalent AI platforms.
- Build scalable AI workflows using orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph or similar technologies.
- Implement secure authentication, authorization, and enterprise identity integration using OAuth, Azure AD, Microsoft Entra ID, SAML, or OpenID Connect.
- Develop reusable AI components, APIs, SDKs, and integration services.
- Optimize model performance, latency, prompt quality, token usage, and overall solution cost.
- Establish monitoring, observability, logging, guardrails, and AI output validation mechanisms.
- Manage source control, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and deployments using GitHub, Azure DevOps, GitLab, or similar DevOps platforms.
- Produce technical documentation including architecture diagrams, API specifications, design documents, and operational runbooks.
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies,



frameworks, and industry best practices.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 0-3 years of experience in software engineering, AI engineering, machine learning, or intelligent automation.
- Strong understanding of Prompt Engineering, Context Engineering, AI Output Validation, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic AI architectures, LLM evaluation and optimization, Vector embeddings and semantic search.
- Hands-on experience with one or more leading LLM platforms
- Experience building AI agents using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Strong programming skills in one or more of Python, C#, Java, JavaScript / TypeScript, Node.js.
- Experience building contemporary web applications using React, Angular, Vue.js, or equivalent frameworks.
- Strong understanding of LLM APIs, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), Vector Databases, Agent Frameworks, RESTful APIs, authentication flows.
- Strong understanding of Git, GitHub, Azure DevOps, GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Knowledge of authentication mechanisms including OAuth, JWT, Azure AD, Microsoft Entra ID, and OpenID Connect.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
