Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Automation Design Engineer with strong hands-on experience in SPM and Industrial Automation Machine Design. The candidate should have excellent knowledge of SolidWorks, AutoCAD, fixture and jig design, cavity design, and machine development.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop SPM and Industrial Automation Machines.
- Create 3D models, 2D drawings, assembly drawings and manufacturing drawings.
- Design fixtures, jigs, cavities, tooling and machine components.
- Develop machine designs from concept to production.
- Prepare BOM, part drawings and design documentation.
- Select suitable mechanical components based on machine requirements.
- Work with pneumatic systems, cylinders, sensors and automation mechanisms.
- Coordinate with production, assembly, electrical and PLC teams.
- Make design modifications based on customer and production requirements.
- Support machine assembly, testing, troubleshooting and commissioning.
- Ensure designs meet required dimensions, tolerances and manufacturing standards.





Required Experience & Skills

- 2–5 years of relevant experience in SPM / Industrial Automation Design.
- Strong hands-on experience in SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
- Mandatory experience in Fixture, Jig, Cavity and Tooling Design.
- Valuable experience in SPM / machine design and automation mechanisms.
- Knowledge of pneumatics, sensors, cylinders and mechanical components.
- Good understanding of GD&T;, engineering drawings and manufacturing processes.
- Experience in automobile automation projects is an added advantage.
- Ability to independently handle design projects from concept to production.
- Good coordination and problem-solving skills.

- Freshers are not eligible
- Candidates with experience in SPM / Automation Machine Design preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
