Role Description The Autocad Designer at QAARYA will support the design and execution of managed office projects, translating concepts into precise technical drawings and layouts. This full-time, in office role is based in Gurgaon and involves preparing architectural and construction drawings, detailed floor plans, and space planning layouts in AutoCAD and related design tools.

The Autocad

Designer will collaborate with architects, project managers, and vendors to refine designs, ensure adherence to building standards, and incorporate functional and aesthetic requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include updating drawings based on feedback,



coordinating measurements and site inputs, maintaining organized drawing sets, and supporting documentation needed for project approvals and execution. The role also requires clear communication with internal teams to align design details with project timelines and quality expectations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings to produce accurate, build-ready documentation.
- Candidates should possess solid Drawing and Space Planning skills to create efficient layouts and visually clear design representations.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and related design software; familiarity with office interiors, fit-out projects, or commercial workspace design is beneficial.
- Understanding of building codes, materials, and construction practices relevant to interior projects is an advantage.
- Ability to interpret design briefs, work with measurements, and manage multiple drawing revisions with attention to detail.
- Diploma or degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
