Experience

2–5 Years in Internal Audit, Branch Audit, Risk, Compliance, or NBFC/Banking Operations

Educational Qualification

Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CA/CIA/CMA or relevant certification will be an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities

- Conduct regular branch and regional audits as per the audit plan and company policies.

- Review branch operations, financial transactions, documentation, and process compliance.

- Identify operational, financial, credit, and process-related risks and report deviations.

- Verify loan files, customer documents, cash handling, collections, disbursements, and other branch-level activities.

- Check adherence to company policies, SOPs, regulatory guidelines, and internal controls.

- Identify instances of process gaps, irregularities, fraud indicators, and control weaknesses.

- Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting observations, risks, and recommended corrective actions.





- Coordinate with branch teams and regional management for closure of audit observations.

- Conduct follow-up audits to ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.

- Maintain proper audit records, working papers, and supporting documents.

- Support senior management in risk assessment and strengthening internal control processes.

- Travel to branches within the assigned region as required.

- Good understanding of NBFC/Banking operations

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office

- Excellent documentation and report-writing skills
