AZ is looking for an experienced Project Manager to support Insight360, our AI-powered Medical Insights and Analytics platform used across Global Medical Affairs.

Key requirements

Essential

- Strong project and program management experience, including planning, governance, risk management, stakeholder management, and execution.

- Ability to work effectively across business, data, technology, and vendor teams.

- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to drive actions and hold teams accountable.

- Good technical understanding of up-to-date data and AI platforms, enabling productive engagement with architects, engineers, and product teams.

- Experience managing Agile delivery teams, backlogs, prioritization, release planning, and cross-functional dependencies.

Preferred

- Scrum Master certification or hands-on Scrum Master experience.

- Product Management or Business Analysis experience.

- Experience working with AI, analytics, data, or digital transformation programs.

- Strategic thinking and business acumen,



with the ability to connect delivery activities to broader business outcomes.

Insight360 is an enterprise AI-enabled Medical Insights platform that helps Medical Affairs teams identify, analyze, and synthesize insights from multiple internal and external data sources to support evidence generation and strategic decision making.

From a technology perspective, the platform combines:

- AI and GenAI capabilities

- Multi-agent orchestration

- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

- Knowledge and analytics services

The OSP will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, delivery teams, and external partners to coordinate delivery, drive adoption, and support ongoing platform evolution.
