- Supervise and coordinate security guards at the assigned site.

- Ensure proper deployment and attendance of security personnel.

- Conduct regular rounds and monitor the security of the premises.

- Check entry and exit of employees, visitors, vehicles and materials.

- Maintain security registers, occurrence books and other site records.

- Ensure guards follow company and client security procedures.

- Monitor CCTV and report any suspicious activity or security incident.

- Handle emergency situations and immediately inform the Field Officer/Operations Manager.

- Conduct briefing and duty allocation for security personnel.

- Coordinate with the client representative regarding daily security requirements.

- Check uniform, grooming, discipline and punctuality of security staff.

- Prepare and submit daily reports, incident reports and attendance details.

- Ensure proper handover and takeover of duties between shifts.

- Support the Field Officer in maintaining overall site security standards.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Iyyappanthangal, Chennai, Tamil Nadu
