Role Description Tech Achieve Media is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Delegate Acquisition & Event Engagement Executive to join its growing events team in Gurgaon. The role involves driving delegate acquisition, engaging senior professionals, and supporting end-to-end audience engagement for high-profile IT events, leadership summits, and exclusive CXO roundtables. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator who enjoys interacting with people, building professional relationships, and working in a target-driven environment.

The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to relevant delegates, including technology leaders, CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, IT decision-makers, business executives, and other senior professionals. The role requires building and maintaining a strong database of potential participants, understanding their professional interests,



and communicating event themes, agendas, speakers, and participation benefits effectively. The executive will engage prospective delegates through telephone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other professional communication channels, while ensuring a consistent and professional experience throughout the engagement process.

A key responsibility will be to drive registrations and confirmations for assigned events by following up with prospective participants, addressing their queries, sharing relevant event information, and maintaining accurate records of outreach and engagement.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in audience engagement, community management, or social media interaction to foster active, inclusive communities.
- Experience collaborating with content and marketing teams to support campaigns, events, and audience-focused initiatives.
- Ability to interpret engagement metrics and feedback to refine strategies and improve audience experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to handle public-facing interactions professionally and respectfully.
- Familiarity with technology trends, digital media platforms, and basic marketing concepts is highly beneficial.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple channels, campaigns, and audience requests efficiently.
- Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced environment and coordinating with cross-functional teams in Delhi, India.
- Bachelor’s degree.
