Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and review standalone and consolidated financial statements in compliance with IndAS and IFRS

- Handle group-level financial consolidation and reporting

- Manage intercompany accounting and reconciliation processes

- Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting

- Coordinate statutory audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

- Perform financial analysis and variance analysis for management reporting

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy

- Handle consolidation activities using SAP and other consolidation tools

- Support management in decision-making through insights and financial analysis

- Turnover Exposure: Minimum INR 500 Cr

Key Skills & Competencies

- Strong knowledge of IndAS and IFRS





- Hands-on experience in Reporting and Consolidation

- Mandatory SAP experience.

- Experience in financial preparation, analysis, and statutory audit

- Intercompany reconciliation experience is mandatory

- Exposure to organizations with turnover of INR 500 Cr or more

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Valuable to Have

- Experience with Big 4 or Big 6 consulting firms

- Hands-on experience with consolidation tools such as Emerge or Hyperion

- Prior experience in large industrial or manufacturing organizations
