Job Title: Associate / Senior Associate - Talent Acquisition

Key Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end recruitment for non-tech roles across multiple business functions - from intake to offer roll-out.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define JDs, and build a sourcing and screening strategy for each requisition.
- Source and screen candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other channels; conduct structured screening interviews to assess role and culture fit.
- Manage the interview process end-to-end: coordinating panels, scheduling, collecting structured feedback, and driving candidates through each round without unnecessary delays.
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates through the process,



ensuring a strong candidate experience at every stage.
- Manage stakeholder relationships across business, HRBP, and compensation teams -proactively flagging bottlenecks, aligning on role priorities, and pushing back with data when needed.
- Run the pre-offer and offer process: documentation, salary approvals, offer creation, and negotiation, with a sharp eye for accuracy and compliance with internal policy.
- Maintain hiring trackers and dashboards, and report on pipeline health, TAT, and closure metrics to stakeholders.
- Support campus hiring drives as needed - coordinating with placement cells, managing on-campus/virtual interview logistics, and screening at scale.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 2–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong track record in non-tech/lateral hiring.
- Demonstrated ability to manage full-cycle recruitment independently, from requisition intake to offer closure.
- Strong stakeholder management skills — comfortable working with hiring managers, HRBPs, and leadership, and able to influence without direct authority.
- Familiarity with campus hiring processes (placement cell coordination, structured drives) is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, and comfort operating with tight timelines and multiple concurrent requisitions.
