Swish is building the next generation of rapid food delivery. We run our own kitchens and own the journey end to end — from preparing the food to getting it to the customer. Our promise is simple: hot, fresh food, delivered when we say it will be.

We’re looking for an Associate Product Manager to help us solve the product and operational problems behind that promise.

What You'll Own

- Own product problems end to end – Identify opportunities, write PRDs, work with engineering and design to ship, and measure impact.
- Turn data into product decisions – Use SQL, dashboards and customer/order data to understand delays, missed promises, drop-offs and other product problems.
- Run experiments – Design A/B tests and phased rollouts, analyse results and use learnings to improve the product.
- Work with operations – Spend time with kitchen, rider and operations teams to understand real-world workflows and build tools that make their work easier.
- Build smarter delivery experiences – Work with data science and engineering on delivery-time estimates, order operations and customer communication.
- Drive execution – Track product health,

write clear specs and work across teams to get things shipped.

What We're Looking For

- 1–3 years of experience in product management, analytics, consulting, engineering or a similar problem-solving role
- Strong analytical skills with SQL and dashboards
- Structured thinking and the ability to break down ambiguous problems
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Curiosity about consumer tech, logistics and physical operations
- High ownership and a bias for action
- Ability to work closely with engineering, design, data and operations teams

Positive to Have

- Experience with experimentation / A/B testing
- Familiarity with Metabase, Mixpanel or similar analytics tools
- Experience in a startup, quick-commerce, food-tech, logistics or delivery business

Why Swish?

- Real ownership from day one
- Work at the intersection of product, data and operations
- See the impact of your work on customers within days, not quarters
- Work closely with experienced product and data leaders
- Small, high-calibre team with a strong bias towards action
