As we continue to evolve our product ecosystem, we are looking for an AI-focused Associate Product Manager who is excited about building the next generation of AI-powered financial products.

What You’ll Build

This is a 0→1 product-building role for someone who wants to work at the intersection of AI + consumer products + fintech.

You will work closely with product, engineering, data, business and leadership teams to identify opportunities where AI can fundamentally improve the customer and business experience.

You will

- Work on the AI product roadmap across customer discovery, lending journeys, lead qualification, engagement and post-disbursal experiences.
- Identify opportunities to use Generative AI, LLMs and AI agents to solve real customer and business problems.
- Convert ambiguous business and customer problems into clear product requirements, user stories and functional specifications.
- Own product features from problem discovery → research → Product Requirement Document → development → testing → launch → iteration.
- Work with engineering and data teams to integrate LLM/model APIs, AI workflows and intelligent automation into products.
- Explore conversational AI experiences that can simplify complex financial products for customers.
- Define product metrics and success criteria for AI-powered features and continuously improve them.
- Conduct user research, analyze customer behaviour and identify opportunities to improve conversion,



engagement, quality and customer experience.
- Run experiments and A/B tests to validate product hypotheses.
- Work closely with founders, product leaders, technology, design, sales and operations teams to ship products quickly.
- Ensure AI features are useful, reliable, measurable and aligned with business outcomes.
- Help build products that can scale from early experiments to millions of customers across India.
- Take end-to-end ownership rather than waiting for perfectly defined requirements.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is curious, analytical and genuinely excited about AI and product building.

You should have

- Minimum 4 years of experience in Product Management, Product Analytics, Business Product Management or a closely related role.
- Experience in fintech, lending, payments, consumer technology, SaaS or digital products is preferred.
- Exposure to building or launching new product features/products from scratch.
- Strong understanding of product thinking, user journeys and problem-solving.
- Ability to translate business problems into structured product requirements.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with product metrics, funnels and user behavior data.
- Ability to work comfortably with engineering and understand technical concepts without necessarily being a developer.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across product, technology, business and leadership teams.
- A high-ownership mindset with the ability to work in a fast-moving startup setting.




- Curiosity to continuously experiment with emerging AI capabilities and understand where they can create real product value.

AI / GenAI Skills – Good to Have

Hands-on exposure to any of the following will be an advantage:

- Generative AI / LLM-based product development
- AI agents and agentic workflows
- Conversational AI / AI chatbots
- Prompt engineering
- RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
- LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Gemini, Claude or similar
- AI evaluation and response-quality frameworks
- AI-powered search or recommendation systems
- Basic understanding of embeddings, vector databases and knowledge retrieval
- AI automation workflows
- Experience working with APIs and technical documentation
- Exposure to tools such as Postman, SQL, analytics platforms or product analytics tools
