Company Description Niramai Health Analytix is a health technology company focused on saving lives through early detection of breast cancer using its proprietary AI-based Thermalytix® technique. Thermalytix® is a non-invasive, privacy-aware breast health screening method that leverages advanced machine learning and deep learning algorithms to analyze temperature patterns on the chest.

The technology generates quantitative reports with a breast health score, supporting clinicians in identifying abnormal breast lesions at an early stage. Niramai is actively engaged in advancing breast health screening and regularly shares updates on industry developments and its own innovations.

Role Description The Associate role at Niramai Health Analytix is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Associate will support daily operational activities, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and assist in executing processes related to breast health screening services and technology deployment.

Responsibilities may include data collection and documentation, basic analysis and reporting, supporting customer or partner interactions, and ensuring adherence to quality and compliance guidelines.



The role may also involve contributing to internal projects, preparing presentations or summaries for stakeholders, and assisting in organizing training sessions or awareness programs.

Qualifications

- Ability to manage day-to-day operations, maintain accurate records, and coordinate activities across teams in a structured manner.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret data and prepare clear reports or summaries.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clinical professionals, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
- Comfort working with technology-driven solutions and willingness to learn about AI-based healthcare tools and processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, engineering, management, or a related field; prior experience in healthcare or health tech is an advantage.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to patient privacy and ethical practices.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage time effectively, and adapt to a dynamic, mission-driven environment.
