Location: Gokhale, Thane, Maharashtra

Role: Team Lead
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and execute ATL & BTL marketing campaigns
Plan and manage on-ground activations, events & promotional activities
Drive local brand visibility and student outreach
Identify high-footfall locations and recent marketing opportunities
Lead, manage and mentor the on-ground marketing team
Coordinate with vendors, agencies and internal stakeholders
Manage branding and promotional materials
Drive school, college, community and local market outreach
Track campaign performance, leads, footfall & ROI
Monitor competitor activities and local market trends
Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective utilization
Prepare reports and provide insights to improve campaign performance
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
4–7 years of experience in ATL/BTL, Field Marketing, Activations or On-ground Marketing
Prior experience in team handling/leadership
Strong understanding of local markets and customer acquisition
Excellent communication, coordination & negotiation skills
Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills
Data-driven and target-oriented approach
Willingness to travel locally as required
