About the Team The Lending Business team at Navi drives the overall strategy and performance of our loan offerings, including Cash Loans and Home Loans. The team is responsible for growth, customer acquisition, app journey conversions, communication strategy, pricing, fees, product compliance, and P&L; ownership. The team ensures every lever is optimized to build accessible, scalable, and high-performing lending products.

About the Role

Join Navi’s Lending Business team and work on projects that directly impact our loan products and customer experience. You’ll support initiatives across pricing, growth, app journey, and operations, while working closely with product, tech, and analytics teams. This role offers a front-row seat to how lending businesses are built and scaled in a fast-moving fintech environment.

What We Expect From You

- You’ll help solve one of the toughest problems in consumer lending: pricing the customer right, driving conversions and top line growth
- Drive strategic projects with transformative potential for the lending industry
- Conduct A/B experiments around pricing, conversions & growth and take ownership of the processes and metrics to enhance effectiveness and achieve business goals
- Implement new ideas to assess their effectiveness that will lead to not only an increase in our AUM but also impact the customer experience
- Drive discussions with product, tech, and analytics teams to create workflows and dashboards aligned with business objectives; work collaboratively with them to improve data-based decision-making
- Bring high agency to ambiguous problems and stay curious about user behavior regarding pricing changes or drop-offs.

Must Haves

- Business-first thinking with a focus on achieving strategic objectives
- Highly analytical and data-driven approach with strong verbal & written communication skills
- Leverage AI tools and basic knowledge of SQL to drive productivity




- Excellent interpersonal skills for collaborative work, ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting, and takes initiative as a self-starter
- Prior experience or interest in the financial services sector will be a plus.
