Position/Role: Licensing Services Specialist (Non-technical)

Department: Managed Services

Function Area: International Service & Support / Back Office / Inbound / Semi Voice / Licenses renewal and maintenance

Shift: Flexible US Shift (Eastern and Pacific Time Zone)

:

- Responsible for license renewal and maintenance.
- US Insurance regulatory and compliance services.
- Provided support and services to the agencies, carriers, adjusters, brokers, and other insurance entities to overcome the complexities of regulatory compliance.
- Maintain and resolve producer compliance concerns.
- A professional approach in answering e-mails and provide support for the products and services.
- Appropriate and timely follow-ups with client/users/inter-department wherever required.




- Escalate unresolved queries to respective departments for accurate redressal.
- Handle diligently the assigned tasks and responsibilities.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Must)
- Basic knowledge of computers
- Excellent writing and editing skills including robust attention to detail
- Ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently while meeting quality objectives
- Detail oriented and who can quickly learn different industry terminology
- Strong time management and organizational skills, ability to prioritize and multi-task
