Associate-Influencer Marketing

We are looking for an Associate-Marketing Executive who understands creators, content, social media trends, and influencer marketing to join our team and manage creator-led campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, onboard, and manage relevant creators/influencers
- Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns
- Develop campaign ideas, creator briefs, and content requirements
- Track campaign performance, deliverables, and ROI
- Handle commercial negotiations and campaign budgets
- Coordinate with creators to ensure timely deliverables
- Build and maintain solid relationships with creators and partners
- Stay updated with the latest influencer marketing and social media trends

Requirements

- 1–4 years of experience in Influencer Marketing / Creator Marketing
- Strong understanding of Instagram and YouTube
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of the creator/influencer ecosystem
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Strong coordination and relationship-management skills
- Creative, proactive, and performance-driven approach
