About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong visual sense, a passion for design, and the ability to translate ideas into engaging creatives across digital and print platforms. You will work closely with senior designers, copywriters, account managers, and the strategy team to deliver high-quality creative assets for multiple brands.

Key Responsibilities

- Design social media creatives, banners, advertisements, and marketing collateral.
- Assist in creating brand identities, presentations, brochures, and other communication materials.
- Support senior designers in campaign execution and creative development.
- Prepare artwork for digital and print production.
- Adapt existing designs into multiple formats and dimensions.
- Ensure all creatives align with brand guidelines and client requirements.
- Make revisions based on internal and client feedback.
- Stay updated with design trends, typography, and visual storytelling techniques.
- Organize and maintain design files and assets efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines.

Required Skills




- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign .
- Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects or Figma is an added advantage.
- Good understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and composition.
- Strong creativity with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic understanding of print production and digital design specifications.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in a creative agency, advertising agency, or design studio.
- A robust portfolio showcasing creative design work.
