Role Description

We are looking for an Associate Frontend Developer Java for a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.

The role is designed for fresh graduates and early-career technology professionals interested in frontend development, Java-based applications, web development, responsive user interfaces, REST APIs, backend integration, cloud technologies, and modern software-development practices.

The Associate Frontend Developer Java will work closely with software, IT, backend, data, analytics, operations, finance, production, supply chain, sales, and other business teams to develop, test, integrate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve responsive web interfaces, frontend applications, dashboards, internal platforms, enterprise applications, and digital systems that integrate with Java-based backend services.

The role may involve working with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, Vue.js, Next.js, Core Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, SQL and NoSQL databases, frontend libraries, cloud platforms, testing tools, and modern web-development technologies depending on project and business requirements.

Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
- Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Final-year students who are completing their degree and are available for full-time employment may also apply.
- Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in frontend development, Java development, software engineering, web development, application development, full stack development, UI development, or related technology roles can apply.

- Basic to good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frontend-development fundamentals.
- Familiarity with React, Angular, Vue.js, Next.js, or similar frontend frameworks will be beneficial.
- Understanding of reusable components, routing, forms, events, state management, frontend architecture, and component-based development.
- Familiarity with responsive design, mobile-first development, cross-browser compatibility, semantic HTML, accessibility, and modern UI-development practices will be advantageous.
- Exposure to Core Java, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Spring MVC, or Java-based backend technologies will be beneficial.
- Basic understanding of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP/HTTPS, authentication, authorization, API integration, and frontend-backend communication.
- Familiarity with Redux, Redux Toolkit, Context API, NgRx, Zustand, MobX, or similar state-management technologies will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
- Exposure to Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, Material UI, Angular Material, Ant Design, or similar UI frameworks will be considered an advantage.
- Familiarity with npm, yarn, pnpm, Vite, Webpack, Babel, package management, dependency management, and frontend build tools will be beneficial.
- Familiarity with Git, GitHub, version control, branching, pull requests, debugging, and collaborative software-development workflows.
- Exposure to Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright, Jasmine, Karma, JUnit, Postman, unit testing, integration testing, or automated testing tools will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
- Familiarity with SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, Redis, or database fundamentals will be advantageous.
- Exposure to AWS, Microsoft Azure,



Google Cloud, Docker, CI/CD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar cloud and DevOps technologies will be considered an advantage.
- Basic understanding of Linux, command-line tools, application deployment, configuration management, logging, and monitoring will be beneficial.
- Familiarity with OAuth, JWT, role-based access control, secure frontend development, input validation, session management, and application-security concepts will be beneficial.
- Exposure to frontend performance optimization, lazy loading, code splitting, caching, image optimization, bundle optimization, and application-performance monitoring will be advantageous.
- Familiarity with UI/UX concepts, Figma, design systems, wireframes, prototypes, or converting interface designs into responsive applications will be beneficial.
- Exposure to Java full stack development, Spring Boot APIs, microservices, backend integration, or enterprise Java applications will be considered an additional advantage.
- Exposure to automation, analytics, ERP, CRM, dashboards, reporting systems, AI/ML applications, or enterprise software will be beneficial.
- Familiarity with Progressive Web Apps, single-page applications, server-side rendering, static-site generation, or modern web-application architecture will be advantageous but is not mandatory.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Jira, SDLC, technical documentation, requirements gathering, sprint planning, or issue tracking will be advantageous but is not mandatory.
- Good analytical, logical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, documentation, collaboration, and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to understand business, UI/UX, and technical requirements and contribute to responsive, reliable, scalable, maintainable, and user-friendly frontend solutions.
- Willingness to work in an on-site workplace.
- Internship, academic project, frontend project, Java project, web application, React project, Angular project, UI project, full stack project, GitHub project, hackathon, freelance assignment, startup project, or open-source contribution will be considered but is not mandatory.
- Candidates without previous full-time frontend-development experience can apply.
