We are looking for an Associate - Documentation to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely real estate projects registered under the MahaRERA framework. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals seeking hands-on exposure to the real estate development lifecycle and regulatory processes.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage compliance activities for real estate projects registered under MahaRERA.

· Draft and submit correction applications, project updates, extensions, and other regulatory filings.

· Review and analyse layouts, agreements, statutory records, and supporting documentation.

· Coordinate with clients, chartered accountants, advocates, and internal teams for data collection and document verification.

· Monitor project milestones, compliance timelines, and regulatory deadlines.

· Maintain compliance trackers, project records, and document repositories.

· Liaise with regulatory authorities and follow up on application status and approvals.

· Support resolution of compliance-related queries and documentation requirements raised by MahaRERA

· Stay updated on regulatory developments and assist in implementing compliance changes.





Who Can Apply:

· Graduates or Postgraduates in Engineering, Architecture, Commerce, Management, Law, Urban Planning, or related fields.

· 1-3 years of experience in real estate, compliance, project coordination, consulting, or regulatory functions.

· Understanding of RERA regulations and real estate project documentation will be an added advantage.

· Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

· Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and document management practices.

· Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
