Responsibilities

- Lead a team of highly skilled engineers specializing in Spark, Kubernetes, Flink, and Trino etc




- Build and enhance platform capabilities that empower analytics, engineering, and data science teams to access and process data.
- Manage large-scale data environments, ensuring efficient handling of huge data volumes.
- Develop and execute a strategic data platform roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Enforce high standards for code quality, data governance, and operational excellence.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate new technologies and best practices.
- Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management for data platform initiatives.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in data infrastructure and platform capabilities.

Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in software/data engineering, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.
- Deep expertise in big data technologies, including Spark, Kubernetes (K8s), Flink, and Trino etc
- Proven track record in architecting and managing scalable data platforms for massive data sets.
- Strong background in guiding high-performing engineering teams and mentoring junior talent.
- Excellent strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
