Role Description The Associate Dentist will provide comprehensive clinical care, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and delivery of preventive, restorative, and aesthetic dental procedures for a diverse patient population. Responsibilities include performing routine check-ups, restorative treatments, pediatric care, gum health procedures, and collaborating on facial aesthetic interventions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from a recognized institution and relevant registration/license to practice dentistry.
- Candidates should possess skills in clinical diagnosis, treatment planning, and execution of preventive and restorative dental procedures.
- Candidates should possess experience or interest in pediatric dentistry,



patient education, and behavior management in a child-friendly environment.
- Candidates should possess competence in gum health management, minimally invasive techniques, and adherence to infection control and safety protocols.
- Candidates should possess an understanding of or willingness to learn facial aesthetics, smile designing, and integration of oral and facial treatments.
- Candidates should possess solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain treatment options clearly and support ethical, transparent care.
- Candidates should possess the ability to work collaboratively in a team-based clinical setting and maintain accurate, organized clinical documentation.
- Prior experience in a multi-specialty or aesthetic-focused dental practice is beneficial; familiarity with evidence-based dentistry and continuing education is an advantage.
