- Digital Compliance Consent Management: Implement and manage GDPR-compliant cookie consent solutions using One Trust.

/n

- Configure and maintain cookie consent categorization Essential, Functional, Performance and Marketing within Google Tag Manager.

/n

- Manage first-party and third-party tracking technologies including Google Analytics, Mopinion, Mouse flow, LinkedIn and other digital platforms.

/n

- Audit websites to ensure tracking technologies comply with GDPR and company standards.

/n

- Maintain cookie policies, consent records and privacy documentation.

/n

- Work closely with Legal, Marketing, and IT to ensure compliance across all digital products.

/n

- Troubleshoot consent management and tracking issues.

/n

- Monitor changes in privacy legislation and recommend improvements to governance and implementation.

- Lead the use of Generative AI to rapidly develop new digital concepts, customer journeys, and product ideas.

- Work with Product Owners and stakeholders to transform business requirements into interactive AI-generated prototypes and proof-of-concepts before development begins.

/n

- Use AI tools to create wireframes, user flows, mock-ups, and functional prototypes, significantly reducing concept-to-validation time.

/n

- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to introduce innovative customer-facing digital products across location.

/n

- Develop AI-powered concepts that improve customer engagement, self-service, and digital adoption.

/n

- Build reusable AI prompts, templates and workflows that enable Product Owners to rapidly explore and validate recent ideas.

/n

- Collaborate with UX, Analytics and Development teams to test concepts with customers and iterate designs before implementation.

/n

- Establish best practices for incorporating AI into the digital product discovery and innovation lifecycle.

/n

- Support the development of AI-assisted digital experiences, including conversational interfaces, intelligent search, personalized customer journeys, and automation.

/n

- Research emerging AI capabilities and provide recommendations on how client can use AI to create competitive digital products.
