Company Policy: Fresher's Policy: Package: Starting 3 months’ salary will be 12500/- Gross monthly and next 9 months it will be 21100/- Gross monthly (for first year) Policy: - 2.8yrs written commitment

- End user support (post implementation support)

Responsibility

Job Responsibilities – ERP Implementation Executive (SAGE ERP)

- Collaborate with clients to implement and configure the SAGE ERP application as per business requirements.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions to understand, analyze, and document client business processes and system needs.
- Prepare scope documents, project plans, implementation timelines, and project-related documentation.
- Perform process mapping and recommend ERP solutions aligned with client operational requirements.
- Manage and deliver implementation services throughout the complete project lifecycle, from requirement analysis to go-live.
- Coordinate with the development and product teams to communicate client requirements, customization requests, and enhancement needs.
- Conduct user training sessions and prepare training manuals, user guides, and support materials.
- Provide regular project updates and maintain effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system validation, and deployment activities.
- Offer post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure successful user adoption of the ERP system.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, implementation records, and support logs.
- Ensure timely resolution of client queries and deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.
