We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Associate to support the execution of growth initiatives for MFD (Mutual Fund Distributor) acquisition. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, tracking key business metrics, supporting lead generation initiatives, and ensuring smooth execution across onboarding, activation, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Support the execution of go-to-market (GTM) initiatives to drive MFD acquisition and growth

Track and monitor key performance metrics including leads, onboarding, activation, and revenue

Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance, and HR to ensure smooth execution

Support the planning and execution of campaigns, webinars, events, and outreach programs to generate and nurture leads

Assist in managing the lead funnel from lead generation to conversion and activation

Maintain strong CRM discipline , including accurate data entry, timely follow-ups, reporting, and data hygiene

Identify execution gaps and process bottlenecks and support initiatives to improve operational efficiency

Prepare regular business updates, reports,



and dashboards to track progress against key metrics

Key Requirements

0-1 year of experience in business development, project coordination, strategy, operations, sales, or similar roles

Solid communication and interpersonal skills

High ownership, willingness to learn, and a strong execution and follow-through mindset

Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and work effectively across teams

Analytical and data-driven approach with strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ambiguous environment

Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and basic understanding of CRM tools is preferred

Prior exposure to Fintech, Mutual Funds, Wealth Management, or Financial Services is preferred but not mandatory
