- Managing the end-to-end process of Contracting Operations or Contractor lifecycle management

Stakeholder
Management – solid co-ordination among various teams like Recruiting team, Staffing team, Internal IT, Office services, Internal Applications etc.
- Legal documents management- Maintenance and ensuring they are signed as per SLA.

Contractor
Record management in HRIS
- Being the point of contact for queries or issues related to contracting and facilitating resolutions
- Managing high volume data with high accuracy levels
- Being a consultant to contractors, recruiters and project teams on contracting
- HR Data Analysis - Creating monthly reports and dashboards
- Work with internal parties on compliance matters such as audits
- Ensuring 100% accuracy and SLA for all processes
