✅ 10–15 years of experience in Equity/Derivatives Research, Quant Research, Algo Trading or Capital Markets

✅ Strong expertise in Options, Derivatives, Technical & Quantitative Analysis

✅ Hands-on experience in strategy development, back-testing and systematic trading

✅ Strong understanding of market data, volatility, OI and market microstructure

✅ Excellent communication and leadership skills

✅ Experience in Stock Broking, Fintech, Trading Platforms, Prop Trading or Research Houses preferred
