Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Store Manager to manage showroom operations and drive sales. The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, sales-driven, and confident in handling team and client interactions.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and assist customers, understand their requirements and provide suitable product recommendations.
- Drive showroom sales and achieve business targets.
- Build relationships with interior designers, architects, builders, and contractors to generate business leads.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and after-sales service.




- Coordinate with operations and logistics teams for timely delivery and installation.
- Maintain showroom appearance, cleanliness, and brand standards.
- Stay updated on products, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.

Requirements

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in retail management / showroom sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid networking and relationship-building skills.
- Customer-focused and sales-oriented mindset.
- Interest in design and aesthetics is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
