About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Assistant Store Manager to support daily outlet operations, team management, customer service, inventory control, hygiene, and store performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day outlet operations
- Lead and motivate the outlet team
- Ensure excellent customer experience and service standards
- Monitor inventory, wastage, and loss prevention
- Ensure product quality, hygiene, and SOP compliance
- Support staff training, scheduling, and basic reporting
- Handle customer escalations and operational issues
What We’re Looking For
Solid communication, leadership, customer service, problem-solving, and team-handling skills with a hands-on approach to operations.
