Role Description The Assistant Store Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Junnar. This position supports overall store operations, including supervising daily activities, monitoring inventory, and maintaining visual standards and cleanliness. The role involves assisting with staff scheduling, guiding team members on customer service, and ensuring adherence to company policies and safety procedures.

Manager helps drive customer satisfaction, manages basic reporting on sales and stock, and supports loss prevention measures. Collaboration with senior management to implement store initiatives and continuous improvement practices is an important part of the day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications

- Customer-focused skills: Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service
- Interpersonal skills: strong Communication abilities for interacting with customers and team members
- Operational skills: Store Management experience, including day-to-day supervision and inventory oversight
- Risk and control skills: Retail Loss Prevention knowledge to safeguard assets and minimize shrinkage
- Prior experience in retail, construction materials, or related industry is preferred
- Ability to lead teams, resolve issues quickly, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with store management or ERP systems
- Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, or a related field is advantageous
- Willingness to work on-site in Baramati and flexibly align with store operational hours
