Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and sales-oriented Assistant Store Manager to support showroom operations, manage customer relationships, and contribute to business growth.

The ideal candidate should have experience in retail or showroom sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with customers and industry professionals such as interior designers, architects, builders, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their product requirements.
- Provide personalized product recommendations and support sales conversion.
- Build and maintain relationships with interior designers, architects, builders, and contractors.
- Generate, track, and follow up on leads, enquiries, and quotations.
- Coordinate after-sales activities and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with operations and logistics teams for timely delivery and installation.
- Maintain showroom presentation, cleanliness, and brand standards.




- Stay updated on products, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Support and supervise showroom team activities.
- Assist with day-to-day showroom operations and sales planning.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or showroom sales.
- Experience in a similar industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Customer-focused approach with an interest in design and aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
- Strong sales follow-up and customer relationship management skills.
