Solar Technician

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Solar Technician to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of solar power systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Install and commission solar PV systems at customer locations.
- Perform electrical wiring, connections, and system testing.
- Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of solar systems.
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to solar installations.
- Ensure proper functioning and safety of solar equipment.
- Coordinate with the project and technical teams during installations.
- Follow electrical safety standards and company procedures.
- Prepare basic service and installation reports.
- Handle customer technical queries professionally.

Requirements
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or a related field.




- 1–2 years of experience in solar installation or electrical work preferred.
- Basic knowledge of solar PV systems and electrical components.
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical and solar system issues.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer/project locations.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Salary ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
