Industry: Beer / Alcoholic Beverages

Experience: 515 years in Beer/AlcoBev/FMCG sales

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive primary and secondary sales across assigned Goa territory.
- Manage retail liquor outlets, beer shops and premium wine shops.
- Develop new outlets and maintain strong relationships with retailers.
- Ensure product availability, visibility, shelf placement and merchandising.
- Achieve monthly sales and distribution targets.
- Coordinate with distributors for stock availability and timely replenishment.
- Implement trade schemes,



promotions and brand activations.
- Track competitor pricing, products and market activities.
- Ensure regular market visits and outlet coverage.
- Monitor collections and outstanding payments.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and market updates.
- Ensure compliance with applicable excise and company policies.

Key Skills:

- Beer/AlcoBev/FMCG retail sales experience
- Robust Goa market knowledge and retailer network
