Role Description The Assistant Restaurant Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for supporting daily restaurant operations and ensuring a positive guest experience. Key tasks include supervising front-of-house activities, monitoring service quality, coordinating with kitchen and bar teams, and resolving guest issues promptly and professionally. The role involves assisting with staff scheduling, overseeing opening and closing procedures, supporting inventory and ordering processes,



and maintaining hygiene and safety standards in line with company policies.

Manager also helps train and guide team members, supports hiring and onboarding, and contributes to achieving revenue and cost-control targets. This position requires active presence on the floor, clear communication with the team, and a consistent focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated focus on Customer Satisfaction and strong Customer Service skills.
- Experience with Hiring, training, and supervising restaurant or hospitality staff.
- Clear and skilled Communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including menu understanding and service standards.
- Previous experience in restaurant or hotel operations, preferably in a supervisory or lead role.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and team coordination abilities.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
