Required Qualifications

Education

- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 4–6 years of experience; or Diploma in Civil Engineering (DCE) with 8–10 years of relevant experience.
- Certifications in Quality Assurance / Quality Control (ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, Six Sigma Green Belt, or equivalent) are strongly preferred.

Technical Skills & Experience

- 4–6 years of hands-on QA/QC experience in the PEB, structural steel, or construction industry —

covering fabrication, erection, RCC, interior finishes, and MEP works.

- Solid working knowledge of IS codes relevant to structural steel (IS 800, IS 7215), concrete (IS 456),

and general construction quality standards.

- Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS), inspection and test plans (ITP), and non-

destructive testing (NDT) methods.

- Proficiency in QA/QC software tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation.
- Prior experience handling multiple site locations simultaneously across different states in India.
- Exposure to ISO 9001 certification processes and knowledge of local construction regulations (Bihar region experience is a plus).
