Role Description The Assistant Professor of Nursing will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in nursing courses, including classroom teaching, clinical supervision, and skills lab sessions. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and updating lesson plans, developing learning materials, assessing student performance, and providing academic mentoring and guidance. The role involves contributing to curriculum development, participating in departmental meetings, engaging in scholarly and professional activities, and supporting university initiatives aimed at student development.





The Assistant

Professor will collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching methodologies, ensure adherence to regulatory and accreditation standards, and promote ethical and evidence-based nursing practice. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hanumangarh.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Nursing and Medicine, with the ability to integrate evidence-based practice into teaching.
- Expertise in Nursing Education and Curriculum Development, including designing, reviewing, and updating nursing programs.
- Clinical knowledge and experience in areas such as Pediatrics and other relevant nursing specialties.
- Recognized nursing qualification (e.g., B.Sc. Nursing, M.Sc. Nursing or higher) from an accredited institution; registration with the relevant nursing council as applicable.
- Prior teaching or academic experience in nursing, with effective classroom and clinical teaching skills.
- Strong communication, mentoring, and interpersonal skills, with a student-centered and inclusive approach.
- Ability to engage in academic research, professional development, and collaborative departmental activities.
