Role Description The Assistant Professor will be responsible for planning and delivering classroom and laboratory instruction in their subject area, ensuring alignment with the institution’s academic standards and curriculum. Day-to-day activities include preparing lesson plans, developing teaching materials, assessing student performance through assignments and examinations, and providing constructive feedback and academic mentoring. The role also involves engaging in research and scholarly activities, participating in departmental meetings, contributing to academic committees, and supporting accreditation and quality assurance processes.
