Role Description The Assistant Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur. This role involves supporting the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels, coordinating with internal teams to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.

Responsibilities include assisting in content creation for social media and other platforms, monitoring campaign performance, managing local promotional activities, and ensuring consistent brand messaging.



The role also includes conducting market research, tracking competitor activity, preparing reports and dashboards, and collaborating with sales and operations teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in marketing planning, campaign execution, and brand management, with the ability to support both digital and offline initiatives.
- Proficiency in social media marketing, basic performance analysis, and use of marketing tools or platforms to track and optimize campaigns.
- Ability to conduct market and customer research, interpret data, and translate insights into actionable marketing recommendations.
- Effective communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills to work closely with cross-functional teams.
- Good organizational and project management abilities, including managing timelines, budgets, and multiple marketing activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Prior experience in consumer services, automotive, or startup environments is an advantage.
- Comfort working on-site in Nagpur and engaging with local partners, customers, and vendor networks.
