Job Overview

- Job Title: Assistant Manager / Manager – Accounts & Taxation
- Department: Finance & Accounts
- Location: Noida
- Team Supervision: Direct oversight of 2–5 junior/senior accountants

Key Responsibilities ? Accounting & Financial Operations

- Oversee daily general ledger entries, accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR).
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes per schedule.
- Review bank, debtor, and creditor reconciliations.

? Taxation & Regulatory Compliance

- Manage end-to-end direct and indirect taxation workflows, including GST and Income Tax.
- Ensure timely computation and filing of monthly/quarterly TDS, GST returns, and advance tax.

? Team Leadership & Management

- Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the accounts team.




- Allocate daily workloads and monitor task completion timelines.
- Provide training on updated tax laws, accounting procedures, and ERP workflows.

? Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s in Commerce (B.Com) / M.Com
- Experience: 7 to 10 years of progressive corporate experience in accounting and taxation.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Tally ERP, Busy and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Domain Knowledge: Comprehensive grip on Indian tax regulations (GST, TDS, Income Tax Act).
- Soft Skills: Robust leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication.
